Admissions Criteria

Any
individual who is referred or applies to Community Living for community
residential services, whose needs Community Living has the expertise and
resources to meet, shall be eligible for admission. Admission is
contingent upon the program having a current vacancy and/or the individual
having a funding source that will pay for the community residential services
required by the individual.
Community
Living does not discriminate against individuals referred to or applying to
Community Living for community residential services. Community Living shall not
refuse an individual's admission to the agency on the following grounds,
including but not limited to:
